Our new venture.......

We have started a "new" venture or page in our life together. We now have a booth at Medina Antique Mall where we hope to sell some of our antiques. This was a STRESSFUL venture as I found out first hand about the Nahorn stubborness!

crazy weather week

A week ago today all the wild weather started and I still deceided to go to the auction where I bought an ice-cream paper sign for all of 5.00. The nice piece of antique furniture I went for wasn't old enough and sold for 1200.00 Work the next day was awful as 17 employees called off and I was one of 8 that showed so we closed at 10a.m. We took turns pushing eachother out of the parking lot and it took 45 minutes to get home instead of 12. The next day we didn"t open until 10:00 and again only 9 employees showed up for the first shift. Monday I slept through my alarm and without the love of my life to wake me , it was twenty to seven before work called to tell me I was almost 2 hours late.Then on Wed. they had me come in 2 hours later than usual as I have been getting 1 hour of overtime lately. I was verry happy for Thursday to come and my day off to begin. I got a fun-filled breakfast with Maria and Oliver(Karen and Joe too!) Then I made Paul a boob cake for Maria to give him for his birthday.Off to Grafton for dog food then home to make paprikas for gram and aunt Carole.(of course I stopped at the store Ashleigh)Inbetween all these things Istop to read blogs from ash,maria and caitlyn as this has become a great part of my day. I must tell you all that I look so forward to learning all that Ashleigh does each day and seeing Olivers accomplishments that he"ll share with us on Thursdays and then get to see all I'm missing with that adorable Elinora. Thanks Caitlyn for giving me parts of her day I would never get to experience.Sure wish I could squeeze her and Oliver wishes it too,as he gets squeezed twice as much.This week Aunt Carole and I went through Grandpa's clothes and took many of them to make a quilt.I really miss grandpa but he sent me a message this morning to let me know hes okay. I brought home all the records that went with the jukebox and as I placed a stack down,one record broke. As I looked through the album to see which one broke,it was one that did'nt have an english title yet all the other records in that album had titles like :"It was my hour","I'll always be with you" "Too many Tears" and "Don't worry about me" weird huh?I knew you would like that story pooh! Well the love of my life just got out of the shower and I am going downstairs to spend some time with him brfore I go to bed as 5 a.m. comes early.Nite guys love you all!!!!!

"Did someone say Michigan?"

Well Oliver visited us yesterday along with Maria who comes home for a class at LCCC on Thursdays. Oliver rolls over on his chubby belly all the time now. Can crawling be far behind with this brute! He is so cute and just growls and laughs all the time. Mariah and Madison think he is a puppy with all the growling! He just watches the dogs all the time prolly thinking he is at the Zoo!

Elinora we may be making a trip up to see you end of this Month if your Parents will let us visit! Grandchildren and children are constant reminders to parents and grandparents that there is a God! They are truly a blessing!
